			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>call me paranoid, but I think that those 1-2 second commercials that you see during a commercial break that look like some kind of technical glitch are actually paid spots (and furthermore, very effective). That 1-2 second blast is probably the length of the average person&#8217;s attention span these days; and coupled with the fact that it appears as some kind of error the viewer (or at least myself) makes it stay longer in your memory than your typical longer-length commercial. i think these are paid spots and probably cost as much if not more than your average length commercial..</p>
